Reports to: Accounting Manager

The Role: 
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, energetic Accounts Payable Specialist. This candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing and payment of company bills, while also working within the Accounting community of practice on other important accounting and bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Process invoices with accurate allocation to client jobs, open POs or the agency’s general ledger accounts
  • Analyze invoices and apply use tax where applicable
  • Enter and upload invoices into agency’s accounting system
  • Review and process employee expense reports
  • Maintain accurate records and necessary documentation of vendor information and W-9 forms
  • Process year-end 1099 forms to all required vendors
  • Assist with process improvement of the Accounting department’s commitment to going paperless
  • Other responsibilities as the Accounting department evolves

Requirements

  • Accounts payable experience preferred

The Role: Content Creator Intern

 

We are seeking an exceptionally talented intern to join our creative team to assist in our Content Box — where projects come to life! This opportunity is a full-time paid internship. The ideal candidate for this role is attentive to detail, a team player, and very passionate about content creation and production. If you are a self-starter, willing to work quickly and generate lots of ideas, then you will be successful in this role. 

 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Shadow client work/projects to get additional insight as to how the content team/production team executes production and the agency practices work together on various projects.
  • Support the Content Box team in live video/photo shoots. Some responsibilities may entail prop shopping, organizing the studio, and having a willingness “to do the random.”
  • Assist the full production team with internal social content or miscellaneous client projects.
  • Meet deadlines by delivering work with little to no errors. Working nights or weekends may often be required to achieve this duty.
  • Work with minimum supervision and problem solve daily to meet various client demands.
  • Organize files based on structure and naming conventions.

 

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

Successful candidates will:

  • Have a strong sense of quality with regard to video and photo production.
  • Have some experience with DSLR and video cameras/simple shoot setups for quick interviews or capturing live events.
  • Be able to organize and edit video footage and successfully complete light photo retouching.
  • Be proficient in Premiere or After Effects. 
  • Demonstrate experience in video and/or still production; shoot video/stills (knowledge of set lighting and sound a plus).

The Role: Digital Media Planner

We’re seeking a successful self-starter with at least three years of direct media planning experience. The Digital Media Planner is the agency’s primary daily contact with internal client teams. The ideal candidate for this role will be able to function independently in a variety of areas, while keeping key leaders informed on the status of projects.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on media experience in Programmatic, CTV/OLV, Native a must, paid social experience a plus.
  • Experience working in Google Marketing Platform and related products
  • Experience working in GCM, Trade Desk and/or DV360
  • Coordinates the planning and execution of digital advertising programs for specified clients to meet documented media objectives, key performance indicators and budgets.
  • Consults with account management, creative, account planning, media and others, when appropriate, to develop strategic solutions to clients’ objectives.

The Role: Junior Digital Marketing Analyst

 

We are seeking an exceptionally talented junior digital marketing analyst located in the Northeast Ohio area to join our team. Measurement and analysis are at the core of what we do; this individual will work with our web, social, media and research teams to help find the needle in the haystack of data to give our clients the insights needed to guide their digital activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Interpret data, find actionable insights and communicate these findings with internal and client teams.

The Role: Paid Search Specialist

We’re seeking a successful self-starter with at least two years of direct paid search experience to ideate and deliver paid search strategies. They will also provide complete management of paid search campaigns against defined success metrics and measurable ROI. Planning and developing campaign structure and strategy and conducting performance analyses are also functions/components of this position. 

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Management and Leadership

  • Oversee development of paid search program strategies and analyses for clients.
  • Responsible for day-to-day management, execution, budget pacing and monitoring of SEM campaigns.
  • Manage junior search marketing staff with a focus on development and education of associates.
  • Manage and meet internal and external client expectations, as well as deliverables and deadlines.
  • Act as point of contact for assigned clients as it pertains to paid search campaign management.
  • Manage client-facing search deliverables including reporting.

Your Impact

QUALIFICATIONS

  • An in-depth understanding of marketing forecasting, search planning, implementation, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or other third-party analytics programs.
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of both Google and Bing user interfaces and associated offline editor software.
  • Experience with Google Shopping feeds and product ads is preferred, but not required.

  • Financial acumen with regard to budgeting, projections and revenue metrics.
  • Strong understanding of how paid and organic search work together.

Marcus Thomas is seeking a project manager who is a true go-getter. This professional will be responsible for project management tool administration and process governance. The project manager will also continuously identify opportunities to establish new processes or optimize current ones.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensures resource availability and allocation across all teams.
  • Works with account service and team leads to develop the scope of work based on creative concept and functional requirements.
  • Develops, implements and manages the project plan, including budget and timeline management.
  • Daily management of projects from initiation through implementation and launch.

JOB SUMMARY
 
The ideal candidate for this position will have a combination of deep technical knowledge in Salesforce technologies and the ability to offer best-in-class consulting to Devs United’s clients. As the Senior Technical Consultant to the client, your job is to gather and translate technical requirements to the rest of the project team for development and ensure the quality of the overall solution.
