We know you've got options right now. The world is wide open with opportunities.
But since you’re here now, maybe it's because we share the same values and want the same things. Things that have always been important to Marcus Thomas. Things like:
We hope you give us a hard look.
Marcus Thomas has been named a Top Workplace in cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer Top Workplaces! This is the 12th consecutive year the agency has received this recognition. The award is based solely on an employee survey. Only 220 companies made this year’s list.
Through a year where change wasn't all good, there was a shining achievement for our agency. Ad Age recognized Marcus Thomas among its 2022 Best Places to Work. Go us. Go you. Together.
From strategy and analysis to UX to design to front-end and back-end developers, Marcus Thomas’ team of 60+ digital pros in Cleveland and Buenos Aires is among the country’s largest for any agency of our size. Beyond our expertise in enterprise CMS platforms like Sitecore®, Sitefinity and Kentico (among others), we’re helping our clients innovate on the web, in mobile, with voice-activated technologies and in the emerging VR/AR world as well. So what’s digital to you? Let’s talk.
Marcus Thomas LLC has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual list of the Best Workplaces for 2021, joining 429 honorees this year. Each nominated company took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, on topics including management effectiveness, perks, and fostering employee growth. The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine the company’s overall score and ranking. “Our firm views this diversity as a treasure, full of both glories to be celebrated and weaknesses to be examined,” said Marcus Thomas CEO Jim Nash. “Our awareness of both sides of this coin grows every day through bias training and the rewards of aggressively pursuing the finest talent from historically underrepresented segments of society.”
Challenging. Supportive. Open. Fun. These are just a few words that describe the cultural environment, the framework that guides us at Marcus Thomas. But our culture changes with each personality – human and four-legged – that joins the mix. And we mix it up, a lot, from weekly staff updates to quarterly staff reviews of financials to twice monthly summer barbecues to a steady flow of internal skill-building programs. What can you bring to the mix?
At Marcus Thomas, we take “integrated” seriously. Because of this, our creative team includes a wide (and wild) multidisciplinary mix of people and skills. As you might expect, this approach presents unconventional and unexpected work for our clients, but it also stimulates our creative teams, challenging them to develop award-winning ideas that transcend the limits of broadcast, digital, print, social and experiential marketing.

We're marketers, but we're also cooks, builders, musicians, parents and pinball enthusiasts. You never know what we'll write about.
